Rates
- Individual Therapy: $150 per 50-minute session
- Couples Counseling: $200 per 50-minute session
- Clinical Supervision: $150 per session
- Mediation and additional services: Contact for rates
Payment
Secure payment options are available. Clients may pay and request appointments online.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless insurance is being billed.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- HSA/FSA cards
- Insurance through Headway
- Electronic payments
Clients are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or services not covered by insurance.
Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments may be scheduled.

Cancellation
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-show appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services.
This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting for services.
