Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.

By participating in telehealth services, clients agree to the following:

  • Clients must be physically located in the state where the counselor is licensed at the time of the session.
  • Clients should attend telehealth sessions from a private and quiet location.
  • Clients should use a secure internet connection when possible.
  • Clients must provide an emergency contact and current location at the start of telehealth services.
  • Telehealth sessions are subject to the same confidentiality policies as in-person sessions.

Telehealth may not be appropriate for all situations, including emergencies or crisis situations.
