1. Appointment Scheduling

• Clients may schedule appointments through our online booking system, phone calls, or email communication.
• All appointments must be confirmed by the client.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
• Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in a review of the client's appointment privileges.

3. No-Show Policy

• A "no-show" is defined as a client not attending a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
• Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notifying the practice will be charged a full session fee.
• After two no-shows, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be removed from the client roster.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
• Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any applicable co-pays, deductibles, or fees.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

• All client information is confidential, and I adhere to strict privacy standards. Please refer to the Confidentiality Clause on this website for detailed information about how client data is protected.

6. Emergency Procedures

• This practice does not provide emergency services. In the event of a mental health crisis or emergency, clients are encouraged to contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health history and current concerns.
• Clients are encouraged to participate actively in their treatment and to communicate openly with their therapist.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Allied Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services rendered.

9. Changes to Terms

• Allied Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.
